In this latest video, Miley Cyrus is only starring as the actress, not the singer. She and Gossip Girl hottie, Kevin Zegars steam up the lens with the sizzling chemistry that she managed to find with. I say managed because Miley was hot and heavy with Liam Hemsworth when this video was shot. Sure, it’s acting. But still. She did a great job with Kevin.
