N.C.I.S. Crew Member Dies on Set After Freak Accident

A crew member on the set of N.C.I.S. died today. A 60-year-old male driver in a passenger van had some sort of medical emergency (like a heart attack or something) and it caused him to crash into the set, striking and killing a 52-year-old male security guard, according to TMZ.

The victim was rushed to the hospital but died shortly after arriving.

What a tragic accident. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
