CONFIRMED: Lindsay Lohan REFUSES Plea Deal, Going To TRIAL

OMG!  I am shocked.  I totally thought that Lindsay Lohan was going to take the plea deal to ensure herself that she would never see the inside of a prison.

Well, TMZ is reporting that Lindsay met with her lawyer, Shawn Holley yesterday and after Holley laid out the options, Lindsay said no to the plea deal and wants a trial.

So now Lohan’s felony grand theft case is assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner and the preliminary hearing is set for April 22nd.

This is a very ballsy move for Lindsay.  Do you think she made the right choice?
