Danette Meyers Spills The Juicy Details on Lindsay Lohan Case

Last night, Dr. Drew interviewed Lindsay Lohan’s prosecutor, Danette Meyers. She gave us a look inside the trial, explaining the judge’s decision to rule Lindsay’s actions as a misdemeanor instead of a felony and explained why she’s off the case.

“I think jail helps when you continually violate your probation. My position is that you have to catch the person’s attention first, and then rehabilitation second. I’m all for rehabilitation, as a matter of fact, I love rehabilitation because that means my job is easier, because you don’t come back. You’ll come across my desk and it’s great. It’s great for society, you go back into society, and we all benefit from that.”
