David Fincher’s trailer for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo has been released in theaters internationally, and isn’t slated for the US until June 2nd, but of course, it’s been leaked on YouTube. It opens in theaters just before Christmas on December 21st.
The cast is outstanding: Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara, Stellan Skarsgard, Robin Wright, Max von Sydow, Christopher Plummer, Joely Richardson, Steven Berkoff, David Dencik, Alexandra Daddario and Goran Visnjic.
Based on Stieg Larsson’s posthumously published crime thriller trilogy, “The Millennium Series.” The book describes the mystery surrounding the long-unsolved disappearance of an heiress. A journalist recently dinged by a libel case and a young female hacker try to resolve it, stirring up bundles of personal and industrial corruption along the way.
This is the red band trailer, so beware that it’s not for young audiences and is NSFW…..
