This morning Lindsay Lohan had to face Judge Stephanie Sautner again. This time for failing an alcohol test. Girl was bored and drinking at home I guess? Well, that was a big fat no – no…. totally violated the terms of her probation. The judge had made it clear during her last appearance that if she screwed up at all, she’s throw the book at her.

Well, she will not go to jail… the judge said that the previous Judge, Eldon Fox only required controlled substances testing from January 3 – February 25, 2011. HUGE BREAK!

The judge ordered Lilo to having NO parties and only one visitor at a time… not counting family.
