Back in April of 2010, Greyson Chance’s older brother posted a clip on YouTube of Chance performing Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” at a choir event in his hometown of Edmond, Oklahoma and that is the starting point for the HUGE life change that has given Greyson the life he never knew was possible.

At just 13 years-old, Greyson Chance is taking the music world by storm! With two successful North American tours, performing at the White House, national television appearances on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,”, “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” and “Good Morning America,” and the latest…. the release of his debut album Hold On ‘Til The Night.
Hollywood Hiccups got to chat with Greyson and get to know him a little bit better. This guy is a sweetheart and is going to be in the center of the music industry for a very long time. Watch out Justin Bieber!
HH: Did you think you would get this famous, this fast?
GC: No not at all. I didn’t even realize any of this could happen with just a simple video uploaded to Youtube! I am so blessed and lucky to have the best fans in the world.
HH: Where do you see yourself in five years?
GC: I dream to still be doing this! I love what I do and I love creating music and art.
HH: Do you have a special girl in your life?
GC: Not at the moment. But you never know, she could come along soon.
HH: How big is your family? Brothers or sisters?
GC: I have one brother and one sister, both older. I am very close to both of them! They mean the world to me.
HH: How about your favorite ice cream?
GC: Favorite ice cream…hmmm…rocky road!
HH: Are you nervous for the tour, all those people?
GC: I am not really nervous. Touring never really makes me nervous, it makes me excited and ready for the adventure! I love being able to tour and see my fans and see how they react to all of the hard work done in the studio!
HH: Can we expect to see you on the WEST COAST for a tour soon?
GC: Hopefully very soon! I love my fans on the West Coast. I love doing shows in California, it is one of my favorites.
HH: What’s your favorite book?
GC: I love the Harry Potter series! I love the books and I love the movies as well.
HH: What’s your preferred method of travel? Road trip or plane ride?
GC: I would rather travel by bus anywhere! I love being on tour especially because you don’t have to fly!
HH: Who inspires you the most?
GC: I am very inspired by the band Journey! I love how they can make all of their music so, BIG.
HH: Scariest moment of fame so far?
GC: No scary moments. I am ready for it all.
HH: Artist you’d most like to duet with?
GC: I would love to do a duet with my good friend Ariana Grande! She is such a sweetheart and we have lots of fun together.
