TLC has given the Gosselins the final boot. Kate Plus 8 has been officially cancelled and will cease production at the end of the current season.
A rep from TLC told People,
“TLC has decided not to renew another season of Kate Plus 8. By the end of this season Kate Plus 8 will have hit the 150 episode mark (including Jon & Kate Plus 8); an exceptional milestone. TLC hopes to check in with Kate and the family periodically with specials in the future.”
Yikes! I am not surprised really, but at the same time, I can’t imagine them not being on air. What is Kate going to do now?
The final episode will air on September 12th.
