Lindsay Lohan arrived at a Santa Barbara hotel at about 2:30 am this morning. She and her mom, Dina Lohan will be attending the ~~Royal~~ Kim Kardashian wedding today.

Kim has serious rules and security in place for her elaborate ceremony and reception. Absolutely NO cell phones will be allowed. So, Lindsay will have to be socially diconnected from the world for a few hours.

Are you surprised that Lindsay and Dina were even invited? Well, their families have actually been pretty close for awhile now and the girls are very excited to be there for the big day.
