R&B singer Vesta Williams has died at the ago of just 48. Her body was discovered in a Los Angeles area hotel room yesterday. Her cause of death is still unknown. We will of course update you as soon as we hear more.

UPDATE: Investigators have discovered several prescription bottles in her hotel room, some were empty. So this looks like a possible suicide. We will have to wait on the toxicology reports that will be done in about six weeks.
