Adele has hidden her 7-month pregnancy bump before announcing the news last week, it has been reported. The best-selling artist of 2012 has kept quite about her bump these several months in hopes to avoid major publicity and photographers following her every move. According to Heat, Adele will give birth to her first child early September.
“Adele has barely left the house in recent months, so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible. She stopped exercising a few months ago, and since then it’s been all about the baby. The last thing she wants is for her kid to become a celebrity baby or media commodity,” a source said.
The source goes on to reveal that her child will definitely come before anything – even her music. “Being a good mum is a lot more important to her than selling records and she’s made it clear her priorities have changed now she’s pregnant.”
It was recently confirmed that the singer had gone back in the studio to record music material for her third studio album. However, due to the pregnancy, she will delay the release of the record, in hopes that she can spend time with her baby… in peace.
