Beyonce has confirmed the reports that she’ll be performing at next year’s Superbowl. The singer who was also privileged to sing the National Anthem back in 2004 for the Superbowl, took to her official website and post a picture of herself, with the date of next year’s event on her cheekbones. B will follow in the footsteps of Janet Jackson, Black Eyed Peas and Madonna who performed at this year’s show to an audience of over 100 million people.
It was recently said that Beyonce is gearing up to start work for her new album. This would make perfect sense if it gets a release date just a couple of weeks after her performance at the Superbowl — the record sales will go crazy and that’s what every artist would want. Oh, and while it was believed that the singer had gotten pregnant again last month, this is probably the biggest way to tell her fans that the rumors aren’t true since she’s hitting up the stage in February.
According to sources, Beyonce has already been hitting the studio for some new material: “She’s spent thousands hiring out the whole studios. She’s got security on the doors to ensure no-one hears a whisper,” a source said. “She’s being strict with proceedings too, putting in 14-hour days declaring nobody leaves until it’s perfect.”
