Kim Kardashian is pregnant with Kanye West’s little spawn wants a divorce bad. One problem, ex hubby Kris Humphries is not inclined to give it to her. Now why you may ask.. well Kris feels he was played a fool by Miss Kardashian and he wants the reality star to admit that their whole marriage of 72 days was a fraud.
If Kim does not fess up and admit the truth than Kris is going to make her wait a long time. To add fuel to the fire, Khloe Kardashian went public and called Kris disgusting recently and yesterday Kim tweeted a picture of what many speculated was an engagement ring. Talk about waving a red flag and making Kris madder
A bell has finally gone ding a ling in Kimmie’s head, she’s finally realizes that Kris is not giving in any time soon. So Kim has decided to file court papers stating that she needs the divorce for the, “health and well being of her baby.”
Let me break that down for you – give me a divorce please cause Kanye West is pissed off and is going to dump my skanky ass to the curb.
Papers filed in Los Angeles court state, “I am requesting the state of my marriage be determined now for not only my health and welfare but also the health and well-being of my unborn child. I firmly believe that an immediate dissolution of our marriage will help create a new, full life for me. One chapter will be officially over, and a new one can begin. The same should hold true for (Kris).”
Kris on the other hand is holding out for that annulment and does not feel like Kim’s pregnancy is his problem. “He thinks their entire marriage was a fraud, and he’s not going to just give up because of the situation.”
It looks like Kim’s lies and deception are biting her in the butt. I doubt the judge is going to even consider this appeal by Kim. What do you think ? Should the judge grant her request?
