Rihanna was seen wearing a ring on her wedding finger at yesterday’s Grammys which had people speculating whether she was engaged to the singer or not. The ring doesn’t look as expensive as we would have thought (if it is an engagement ring) but Chris Brown hasn’t been selling a lot of records so he kept it on a budget maybe?! Ha.
During her performance of Stay, we noticed a ring on her finger – the only reason we noticed it is because she does a lot of hand gestures in her performance… almost as if she wanted everyone to think she’s engaged. Minutes later and Rihanna became a trending topic on Twitter, having everyone wonder if Chris finally put a ring on it!
Well, if she was to marry the guy, she should. Clearly she’s in love with him and isn’t going to listen to what anyone else thinks about it; Chris happens to be her first real love and they enjoyed the same kind of success when they first met each other. They’ve known each other for six years, dated for 3-years, then Rihanna got beaten up, they broke up, Karrueche Tran came into Brown’s life in 2010, then she gets dumped for Rihanna last year. What a rollercoaster!
Though Chris had said he would not be going to the Grammys due to the whole drama he was facing with Frank Ocean and Drake, he decided to show up at the last minute, sitting next to his girlfriend who held him closely and hugged him whenever the cameras were put on them. Hmmm – what is she trying to tell us here?! We already knew they were back together, seeing that she confirmed it last month: “I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of that.”
We hope she knows what she’s doing!
