Last night was a new episode of Bravo’s RHOBH. On last night’s show the RHOBH housewives Kim and Kyle Richards staged an intervention for Taylor Armstrong about. Kim suspected that Taylor was using alcohol to deal with her pain. Since Kim has done a stint in rehab she knew the signs. Kim told her sister Kyle, “I do care about Taylor, and I really can’t sit here and watch it happen to someone close to me. I’m going to say something to her, and I’d like you to go with me.”
Initially Taylor was defensive but eventually she admitted to the ladies that she, “drinks to forget her hardships.” She went on to say, “It’s been a hell of a year, it’s been bad. There are definitely times when if two drinks helps you forget, then four…you start to feel a hell of a lot better. And then the next day I wake up and I’m in the darkest place I can be in.”
Considering the fact that Taylor has had to deal with her husband Russell’s suicide it is understandable and sad. Since Russell’s death there have been numerous reports of Taylor’s heavy drinking and instance of bad behavior. Kudos to Kim for staging the intervention.
