Taylor Swift is caught up in yet another scandal, but this time it isn’t related to any kind of boyfriend drama. The country starlet allegedly threw away thousands of letters from her fans that were unopened. A Nashville resident had snooped by Taylor’s home and trash – which is very weird – where he found endless amounts of letters that hadn’t even been opened.
According to Kylee Francescan, who also happens to be a big Taylor fan, it was very odd to have found so many letters in the trash, and when she started pulling them out, it looked like they hadn’t even been read, which led to his speculation that she had been throwing them away. “I was like, ‘That’s weird.’ There were like hundreds of letters in there to Taylor Swift and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ I didn’t know if they were stolen [or] discarded, so I threw them in a box. And I’m like, ‘Somebody needs to let Taylor know’,” she said.
Wowza! So it really does seem to look like Taylor is going crazy. We blame her constant boyfriend drama that’s causing all of this,- maybe she is just in one of her phases again where she’s not able to read any letters and strictly wants to focus on bashing her exes in some of her upcoming songs and needs to get her head focused on writing the songs as opposed to reading letters from fans on how she could ever split up with whomever she dated at the time.
It doesn’t end there, because Swifty’s team weren’t too happy on the comments that were made which prompted her spokesperson, Paula Erickson to release the following statement: “Taylor gets thousands of fan letters everyday and they are delivered to her management office. After the letters are opened and read, they are recycled. The only explanation for any letters being unopened would be that a small batch of mail that was supposed to be delivered to Taylor was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center.”
