Beyonce Dishes On How She Got Her Powerful Post-Baby Body

Beyonce graces the cover of the April 2013 issue of Shape Magazine.  Beyonce dishes to the magazine about how she got her powerful post-baby body, that is of course if you believe she had the baby.  Many people believe Beyonce was never pregnant and Blue Ivy Carter was delivered from surrogate.

Either way Beyonce’s body looks banging.  Her face has been treated to the usual photo-shop changes that most celebs get on the cover of magazines these days.  Would not want to make her look natural, right?

In the interview, Beyonce admitted she’s not a person that’s “naturally very thin” and that she has to “work hard” to keep her body in shape.

I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth which I will never do again [laughs]. I’m not a person that is naturally very thin. I’m a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape. For me dancing is what keeps me active and I just say everyone is not supposed to be the same. Just be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you, you.

    I like that Beyonce says she struggles. Too many celebs try to pretend that they don’t work hard to stay toned and fit.
