‘The Muppets’ 2011 Movie Poster Has Arrived

Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, Rashida Jones, Alan Arkin, Jack Black, Billy Crystal, Zach Galifianakis, Kathy Griffin, Ricky Gervais, and Emily Blunt are all starring in the new rendition of The Muppets.

On vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan, and his friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets’ former stomping grounds. To stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater, Walter, Mary and Gary help Kermit reunite the Muppets, who have all gone their separate ways: Fozzie now performs with a Reno casino tribute band called the Moopets, Miss Piggy is a plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, Animal is in a Santa Barbara clinic for anger management, and Gonzo is a high-powered plumbing magnate. With secret, signature, celebrity cameos, “The Muppets” hits the big screen Nov. 23, 2011.

Seriously, with a cast like that teamed with the classic Muppets, you can’t go wrong.  Stay tuned for the trailer!

Jack Black ‘Gulliver’s Travels’ New Trailer is a Riot

Anything that Jack Black does, I have to see.  Okay, well ‘Year One‘ was just awful.  But aside from that.  I enjoy Jack Black on so many levels.  Have you seen him on Yo Gabba Gabba?  Some of the best comedy I’ve ever seen.  Seriously.  Google it.

Jack’s latest flick is ‘Gulliver’s Travels‘ and it looks great.

Here’s the gist of the movie (in case you live in a cave):

In a contemporary re–imagining of the classic tale, Jack Black stars as Gulliver, a big–talking mailroom clerk who, after he’s mistakenly assigned a travel piece on the Bermuda Triangle, suddenly finds himself a giant among men when he washes ashore on the hidden island of Lilliput, home to a population of very tiny people. At first enslaved by the diminutive and industrious Liliputians, and later declared their hero, Gulliver comes to learn that it’s how big you are on the inside that counts.

Now it’s time for the laughs.  Turn up the volume and watch the trailer below: Read More Here »
