Adele and her vocal chords have been getting overworked with all of the success that has come out of her album, 21 and that has led to some health conditions that forced her to cancel all of her engagements and even go under the knife.
Being that she’s a celebrity, she has to be at teh center of crazy rumors and tons of speculation. Well, somewhere along the way, someone decided to assume Adele has throat cancer and wow, that got the internet all a-buzz about that possibility.

Thankfully, that was only a stupid rumor. Yes, Adele is still going under the knife, but not for cancer. Her rep, Benny Tarantini cleared the air once and for all so we crazy fans can rest easy,
“We would like to reiterate that Adele is to undergo surgery for a hemorrhaged vocal cord. All reports regarding any other condition are 100 percent false.”
So let’s quit reading into any rumors, pray for a speedy, smooth recovery for our beloved Adele. We are planning to see her at the Grammys. So let’s let her get her rest!
