Jill Clayburgh Dead at 66

Esteemed actress, Jill Clayburgh lost a 21 year battle with chronic leukemia yesterday (Nov. 5) at her home in Connecticut, her husband, David Rabe (playwright) told The New York Times.  She was only 66.

Jill Clayburgh starred in movies like ‘An Unmarried Woman’ , ‘Starting Over’, and ‘It’s My Turn

On the television circuit, Clayburgh was seen on  ‘Law & Order’, ‘The Practice’,  ‘Nip/Tuck’, and ‘Ally McBeal.’

This is a tragic loss and her absence will be felt by so many.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jill’s family and friends during this difficult time.
