Paris Hilton’s Boyfriend, Cy Waits Facing NO Charges

Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits who accidentally ran over a paparazzi’s foot on the Sunset Strip (pictures above) isn’t going to face any charges.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. did a thorough investigation.  The “victim” put herself out in the street to get a good picture of Paris Hilton and Cy, which ended up with her foot being run over.  I say that’s part of the job description.

Cy exchanged info with the woman, which means it wasn’t a hit and run.  So, he’s off the hook.  If Cy was driving erratically, and mowed her down, that would have been a different story.  Accidents happen.  I am thankful that justice won this time.
