This one has been a long time coming. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have finally put the final touches on their divorce papers and filed them at the L.A. County Superior Court this morning.
Charlie Sheen Wants to Pay Crew of Two and a Half Men For His Absence
They have agreed joint custody of the twins and Brooke will get primary physical custody. She will also receive $55,000 a month in child support.
The settlement states that,
“Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”
Brooke’s icing on the cake will be $757,698.70 lump sum along with $1 million for her share of the family home, that Charlie will keep.
This divorce is a good thing. So I say, congrats! The divorce will be a done deal on May 2nd.
