After seeing the Top 24 American Idol finalists perform over the last two nights, boys then girls, it’s time to announce the Top 13 for this season.
Tonight the results show is a long, two hours and yes, will feel like torture at times. Anyhow, the five girls and five guys that received the most votes from America will move on.
As for the other 14 hopefuls, they will be at the mercy of the judges over the coveted Wild Card spots. Those three spots will be awarded by the judges alone.
After that, the complete Top 13 will move on for the week by week eliminations until we finally find our 2011 American Idol.
