Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed their twin son and daughter today! It’s the anniversary! Talk about a great gift! TWO great gifts! They arrived at an L.A. hospital at 12:07 p.m., her rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The girl arrived first, weighing in at 5 pounds, 3 ounces, 18 inches long then her little brother arrived weighing 5 pounds 6 ounces, 19 inches.
