After last week’s episode of The World According to Paris, where she thought she could be pregnant with Cy Waits‘ baby, it’s a little surprising to see Paris Hilton moving on with a new guy so fast. She seemed so in love with Cy and put up with all of his crap. I dunno.

So who is the new guy she’s locking lips with above? That’s Hangover director Todd Phillips. I don’t think they make a very good couple. But maybe it’s just a rebound fling and she will come to her senses soon.
These two were spotter on Thursday night at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood where they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
