‘It Made Me Cry,’ Producer Of ‘The Last Song’ Says On Miley Cyrus’ Engagement
Some people have been shocked when they heard that Miley Cyrus is wanting to walk down the aisle after announcing her engagement last week, others were crying. The producer, Adam Shankman, of the movie, The Last Song – the film where Liam Hemsworth met Miley and shared their first kiss – has said that when he found out the couple were engaged, he started to cry as it reminded him of the first day the two kissed on set.
“I sort of want a finder’s fee for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. I cannot tell you. It made me cry.” Explaining what went down that day, he said: “I remember that first day of shooting when they first kissed and Miley walked by my sister [producer Jennifer Gibgot] after they shot the kissing scene… She goes, ‘This is gonna work’.”
Expressing his feelings on the two getting married, he added: “I’ll tell you what’s so great. That thing about opposites attract… Their fundamental core values are the same, but he’s really mellow and she’s really hyper,” he explained. “So it really works together.”
Miley and Hemsworth are yet to announce a wedding date. We hope it wont be this summer as it will overshadowed by Angelina Jolie’s wedding to Brad Pitt. We’re sure Miley is aware of that — she’s still thinking, eh?! Ha
