Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton Fight Over Prince Harry's Antics

Sister fights can be pretty ugly and I’m guessing the one brewing between Kate and Pippa Middleton is a real zinger. Prince Harry’s recent playtime in Vegas has caused a media hailstorm and it has also led to a war of words between the Middleton’s. In a nutshell, Pippa believes that the reaction and repercussions would be far different if she had been the one to show up for a booze and cocaine infused weekend in Las Vegas.

First the prince had a drunken swimming race with newly crowned Olympic Champion, Ryan Lochte and then he party crashed looking for naked and single ladies to hang with.  Lastly he was caught playing a game of naked billiards while onlookers took a bunch of photos to sell to the press.

Pippa is pissed off over the double standard that has emerged. She has often been reprimanded by Kate and told to keep a low profile and to carry herself with class.  Never do anything that could bring a moment of shame to the royal family.  According to Now Magazine, Pippa believes that had she been the one to party so carelessly the backlash would be epic rather than Harry’s slap on the wrist.

Is this double standard fair?  I’m thinking that Pippa has made some pretty valid points here.  Just because Harry has always been shrugged off as a bit more “mischievous” it doesn’t mean that his actions should be taken lightly. After all he is born into the Royal family that Pippa is connected through only via marriage.

Do you think Pippa will keep herself in check or will she see this as an excuse to have a bit more fun?  Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!

Pippa and Harry are both in-laws to the royal couple, but Harry is second in line to the throne and must answer to his family and the public. He is much-loved and has been forgiven — this time. Pippa should not be on our radar. (No offense to her — I would think she’d be grateful for that.)
