Anna Wintour and the 2013 Mel Gala organizers are mad at Kanye West.   Looks like not only Kim Kardashian will be banned from the Gala next year but Kanye will be on the list too.  Everything at the Gale was pre-programmed ahead of time but Kanye threw it all out the window the second he took the stage.
