According to the latest report of the National Enquirer, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are looking down at a $500 million divorce if they don’t get a handle on their marriage. Although the couple has been married for more than five years, they do have a fairly extensive prenup concerning the possibility of infidelity and divorce.
The headline from the Enquirer claims that Mariah has ‘ditched‘ her wedding ring when she heard the allegations of Nick cheating on her. Obviously – what woman would want a reminder of their cheating husband? However, I don’t know how far back this happened but Mariah literally just tweeted Nick a picture of her boobs through Twitter in honor of his birthday. Does that sound like a scorned and embarrassed woman? Or maybe it was a subtle message reminding him of what he cheated on whereas nobody else would understand the double significance of the tweet.
The other headlines from the Enquirer focus on the ‘Killer Bride’ and the reasons she snapped and pushed her husband off the cliff during their honeymoon after just eight days of being married. And finally, it wouldn’t be the Enquirer without cat fights between actresses, and they decided to devote an entire issue to ‘Hollywood Stars At War’, which includes Angelina Jolie and Hillary Clinton, Cher and Blake Shelton, and Jodie Foster and Ellen Degeneres. This is the most random group of celebrities I have ever seen put together in my entire life, and I almost have to applaud the imagination of the person who put this together.
