Kim Kardashian has allegedly lost 70 pounds in four months according to Life & Style – hey Kim belongs on the Biggest Loser, and not only because she’s dating Kanye West. I don’t think I need to tell anybody how extreme that kind of weight loss is, especially in such a short amount of time.
According to the report, the way Kim lost the weight was all natural – with a ‘no-starve diet‘, the ‘five minute flat-tummy workout trick’, and ‘her secret snack that burns calories fast’. Is all of this code for plastic surgery? Because there is absolutely no way that Kim lost 70 pounds in four months by doing ‘tricks’.
Not only is this insulting to anyone who recently gave birth and knows how difficult it is to lose the pregnancy weight, but it’s also insulting to people trying to lose weight, period. It takes a lot of effort and long-term changes to your diet and exercise regime to achieve a steady constant of weight loss, especially if you don’t want to push your body. It’s not healthy to starve yourself, but it’s not even like the report claims that Kim did even that. By reading the report, you’re supposed to get the illusion that Kim somehow managed to lose weight by a series of small exercise and diet tricks – and I can tell you right now, that is not how she lost the weight.
Right now, the likeliest possibility is that she got plastic surgery. Why did she stay hidden for so long after giving birth? Why did she refuse to let the paparazzi get any pictures? It all points to the same thing, that Kim got a little help in losing all that baby weight.
