Paul Walker’s Father Breaks Down Discussing Son’s Death
Paul Walker died Saturday afternoon in a car crash, leading to devastated fans, friends, and family of the beloved actor. For the first time, Paul’s father, Paul Walker Sr., opened up about his son’s untimely death.
In an interview with CBS2, Paul’s father explained, “I was proud of him every day of his life. I’m just glad that every time I saw him, I told him I loved him. And he said the same thing to me.”Paul Walker Sr. also adds that Paul would often speak about spending more time with his daughter, Meadow Walker, explaining, “[Paul would say] ‘I want to take a hiatus. She’s just 15 and I don’t have much more time to be with her.’ Then boom, he got another movie. He would say, ‘I don’t know what to do.”
Unfortunately, Paul and Meadow won’t have any more time together, which is especially heartbreaking when you consider that she’s only fifteen and was just starting to really connect with her father.
