Recently the stars of Love an Hip Hop Atlanta have gotten themselves into some serious trouble with their producers. It seems the creators of the hit show love to catch all the drama and fight between the stars but not when it open them up to libel. It’s been reported by TMZ that last Wednesday, “Karlie Redd was knocked out … several others suffered bloody cuts … and somebody threw a bottle at Momma Dee, hitting her in the face”. Never fear though the cameras were kept rolling and I’m sure we’ll be seeing the full fight on the upcoming season. However, and this is the key thing, the show doesn’t want to be held accountable for non-cast members getting injured. After all those people didn’t sign a waiver and can very well likely sue. So the producers of the show were forced o take action to protect themselves.
According to TMZ, “The fighting on “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” has gotten so out of control … show honchos are now banning the stars of the show from partying while non-cast members are around”
I don’t know about this. Curtailing someone’s private life isn’t going to be that easy and it’s in the cast’s right to get offended. No matter how they may act, at the end of the day these people are all adults. They’re not going to like anyone attempting to parent them. Also even if they were to comply then it wouldn’t really make a difference. Being told what to do and when to do it will get old real fast and what’s going to happen when the cast refuses to listen to their marching orders?
