Most haven’t heard about the former television series 7th Heaven in quite some time, other than possibly catching a rerun every now and then. Today, however, 7th Heaven can’t seem to stay out of the news. HH reported earlier that actor Stephen Collins, who played a reverend and father on the hit show, was secretly recorded confessing to molesting three underage girls.
Sadly, we must now report that beautiful actress Sarah Goldberg, who used the name Sarah Madison professionally, has died at only 40 years old of natural causes, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Goldberg played Sarah Glass Camden on the show, the wife of Camden son, Matt. Barry Watson, who played Matt, tweeted an oddly-jovial comment after learning of her death, “#RIP Sarah. I will miss you always. Love Ya! B.”
Her cause of death is still unknown at this time, but it was reported that her mother told the Chicago Sun-Times that her daughter fell asleep with her computer on her lap, and just never woke up. There was no mention of any prior health issues or concerns, so many are anxious to find out what could have caused the vibrant 40-year-old to have died in her sleep. Goldberg was single, but is survived by her parents, brother, niece, and nephew. Her parents have adopted her dog, Bucket.
