Amanda Bynes has been staying with friends the last couple weeks as she attempts to devise a plan to rent an apartment in Los Angeles with nothing more than $50 gift cards that her parents have been providing to her through her attorney. Her parents, Rick and Lynn Bynes, were worried about Amanda blowing her money based on her current mental status which is resulting her in making very poor decisions.
They decided they would, under the conservatorship that her mother is responsible for, provide her enough money for daily essentials, but don’t want to give her enough to rent an apartment because they are hoping she will buckle and agree to go back to the facility she was recently placed into on a 5150 hold.
On Thursday morning, however, Amanda was spotted sleeping on a couch at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles, sparking rumors that she is no longer living with her friends, one of whom was her hair stylist. Now, she is asking friends for money so that she can fly back to her favorite spot New York, which will inevitably result in her walking the streets ther3e as she has been doing in LA the past few days. Amanda wanders around, putting on make-up and talking to herself. Fox News reported today that her parents have decided to end the conservatorship and move back to Texas.
After pics of Amanda sleeping on a mall couch began circulating, she responded via Twitter, “I was not given money for a hotel so i have been staying with friends and i didn’t get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch…I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator, because they don’t deserve control over my money!”
Her siblings are now very concerned, reports Radar Online, as Amanda is not responding to texts and calls. They are fearful she will die in New York as her family believes she is still unwell. Her parents, however, feel they don’t have the strength to continue to try to control her as she has no interest in getting help.
Likely they are right and it is only a matter of time before we hear that something terrible has happened to Amanda.
