Jennifer Lawrence is still reeling from the stolen nude photos, but she makes it clear that she does not want to talk about them anymore.
Jennifer has obviously been making the press rounds for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, and she’s been discussing everything from paparazzi and privacy invasion to what it’s like eating her favorite food. However, one topic that she refuses to discuss any more is the leaks of her nude photos.
Jennifer did speak about this topic in-depth to Vanity Fair in their cover issue last month, so it makes sense that she doesn’t want to keep rehashing the same topic over and over again. In her defense, it’s a painful topic and she says as much in an interview with The Telegraph.
She explains, “I’ve talked about the experience to Vanity Fair and I feel I’ve said everything I have to say about it. Everybody who’s been through a terrible event knows you don’t really like talking about it.”
This girl somehow manages to stay down-to-earth and likable despite all the horrible things that keep happening to her, huh? Being one of the biggest movie stars in the world right now, she has every right to be snarkier than she is. But despite all the pressure and irritation, she still manages to come off self-deprecating and charming, even though there’s more prickliness than there was three years ago.
Granted, Mockingjay Part 1 is a big deal, and she needs to sell the movie – so in retrospect, maybe it’s not a surprise that she keeps her cool.
