Katy Perry performed at the Super Bowl over the weekend, but beforehand, her ex-husband Russell Brand wished her luck on Twitter.
Apparently his good luck message was too much for the so-called pop singer and she decided to get offended over it.
He tweeted, “Super Bowl may be baffling to Brits but half time show will be amazing. Good luck KP.”
It was innocent and nice enough, but she seemed to be miffed that their names would be mentioned together in the same sentence.
A source said, “She couldn’t believe he’d say that after everything he put her through. This was the man who, quite literally, destroyed her heart. He slagged her off publicly around the world. Then on the biggest night of her life professionally, he could not resist involving himself.”
His comment was nice and sweet, but she just had to crap all over it. Seems kind of douchey of her, no?
