According to Real Housewives spoilers, there are 2 new shows headed to Bravo in 2016. The network currently has Real Housewives shows based in Atlanta, New Jersey, New York, Orange County, and Beverly Hills. A press release from Bravo revealed this week that they are adding to new Real Housewives cities to their roster in Dallas and Potomac.
Real Housewives of Dallas seems pretty self-explanatory, honestly we are surprised that it hasn’t come out sooner. Dallas is dripping with that southern charm we all love and tons of wealthy women who have nothing better to do all day than shit around and plan charities and gossip about each other. Real Housewives of Dallas should fit right in to Bravo’s line-up. It’s Real Housewives of Potomac that has us all a bit bamboozled.
Andy Cohen recently dished on the new show, “The Real Housewives of Potomac is the show you never saw coming, and it’s going to take everyone by surprise! As for The Real Housewives of Dallas, it’s a natural extension of the franchise with a Southern twist that y’all will enjoy.” This isn’t the first time that Bravo has tried to tap in to the Washington D.C. area – they made a Real Housewives of DC show that was a total flop a few years ago. But, if you think about it, there really is nothing more scandalous than politicians and their families, so with the right cast it could really work.
If you want to get a peek at the Real Housewives of Potomac cast, you can head over to US Weekly. The all new series is set to premiere in January 2016, Real Housewives of Dallas has not been given an official premiere date yet.
