Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that just as Rafe Hernandez returns from helping ex-wife Sami (Alison Sweeney) with her problems, and then immediately runs to another ex-wife Kate Roberts DiMera’s (Lauren Koslow) side who is near death, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) has to decide how to respond when now close friend Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) kisses her!
Will she be upset and jealous enough of Rafe’s actions to respond positively, or will she knock Ted off his feet in a decidedly more negative way like she did when he first came to town out of hiding from Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher)?
Hope Will Face Drama
With all the upsetting situations Hope has had to endure in the last few weeks, Rafe going here, Rafe going there, being by everyone else’s side but hers through her daughter Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) going missing, Ted has pretty much taken Rafe’s place as her support system anyway. Will he take Rafe’s place in her life as a romantic partner as well? Will Hope respond out of frustration, anger, revenge or neediness and vulnerability to Ted’s advances?

How Will Hope Respond To Ted’s Kiss?
Hope comes off like a strong woman who wouldn’t be romantically vulnerable or vulnerable in any other way, but the fact that she’s allowed Ted to become more and more important to her, and confided in him more and more, shows that inside, she’s not as strong as her police personality shows her to be outwardly.
It’s obvious she doesn’t trust Rafe to be faithful to her; but can she trust herself to be faithful to him? It seems more and more like Days of Our Lives writers are steering viewers towards an affair between Ted and Hope, and if Hope gives in, it could ruin her police career because of Ted’s shady dealings, and the appearance of impropriety!
