The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Monday, February 18 finds that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will learn the truth about Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher). Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) and Florence (Katrina Bowden) are on edge as Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) contemplates her next move while also paying a visit to Steffy. Katie updates her sisters on her current marital status.
Zoe Wants Reese To Confess
It all begins with Zoe (Kiara Barnes) trying to convince her father Reese (Wayne Brady) that both Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) deserve to know the truth about Baby Phoebe. Reese is worried that if Zoe tells them what he did, both he and Florence (Katrina Bowden) will end up behind bars.
Reese pleads with his daughter to give it a rest. Steffy will turn out to be a good mother to Phoebe while Hope will always be a part of the young tot’s life. Zoe, unfortunately, is hearing none of it. She leaves her father’s apartment both furious and frustrated.

Hope And Steffy Bond
Over at Steffy’s house, she watches Hope feed her adopted baby Phoebe. Hope explains to Steffy that there’s something about Phoebe that helps her think less of her own daughter Beth, or at least help fill that empty void that’s sitting inside of her. Hope then thanks Steffy for allowing her to spend so much time with her daughter. The two women exchange quiet smiles.
Wyatt And Bill Chat About Katie
Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), meanwhile, brings Bill (Don Diamont) up to speed about Katie while visiting him at his office. He tells him that Throne (Ingo Rademacher) gave her annulment papers on Valentine’s Day and that he’s already left for Paris, leaving Katie utterly heartbroken. Wyatt tells Bill that Katie’s heart has been torn to pieces as she doesn’t know what to do next. Bill then ponders his next move.
He tells Wyatt that there will always be a place in his heart for Katie and that so far, they are working very well as co-parents. He then says that he wants to get his family back again and that he might need Wyatt’s help to make it happen.

Katie, meanwhile, tells Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that she was blindsided by Thorne. Everyone feels sad for Katie. She tells the two women that her young son Will knows that Thorne is gone. Brooke questions Thorne’s motives while Donna wonders if there is more to the story. Katie then stuns the two ladies by admitting that she might still be in love with Bill.
Zoe Arranges To See Steffy
Back at the studio, Zoe asks Xander (Alexander Avant) if she can come with him to Steffy’s apartment. Steffy is left puzzled as to why the two of them are there. Zoe explains to her that there’s a reason why Hope feels so close to Baby Phoebe and wants to tell her why.
