Kim Kardashian Remembers Her Dad Robert Kardashian On His Birthday — See The Touching Tribute
Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian are honoring their late dad on his birthday. They both took off to social media on Friday to wish their father Robert Happy Birthday on what would have been his 75th year on this earth. The attorney and businessman died in 2003 after a battle with cancer at the young age of 59.
Social Media Posts
Kim posted an old picture of her and her father on her sweet 16.
Kim’s post said, “Happy Birthday dad!!!!! This was my Sweet 16 and this is the moment my dad surprised me with my first car!” Kim shared on Instagram, adding a throwback picture of the memory. “I wish you were here so badly so we could have so many more memories! We are all missing you and celebrating you today!”
Not only did Kim post a picture so did Kourtney. Kourtney shared a memory, going way back to 1993 when her dad accompanied her to the father-daughter dance.
Kourtney’s post said, “Father-daughter dance 1993. Happy Birthday to the best daddy I could have ever imagined, Your love shines through all of us and we feel your protection.”
Not only the Kardashians
The Kardashian family often makes sure to keep Robert’s memory alive with posts and recollections of his life. The Kardashians aren’t the only person they know that has lost a parent. Kanye West, who lost his mother Donda West in 2007, has empathized with his wife over losing a parent.
Kanye’s mother Donda West passed away in 2007 possibly due to a surgical procedure. Kanye has never come to terms with his mother’s death. The front of the shirt was airbrushed with a portrait of Kanye’s late mother, Donda West, with “In Loving Memory” written above her smiling face and on the back was Robert Kardashian’s face.
