General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) might invade the Nurses’ Ball, set to be on May 16 this year.
In tweets dated April 8, James Patrick Stuart wrote that he was filming for the Nurses’ Ball, and Jon Lindstrom put up a tweet of himself dressed in a tuxedo and wrote “All dressed up and ready to go. But just where am I going? And as whom…? @GeneralHospital #gh #generalhospital.”
Fans responded asking as Kevin or Ryan but he didn’t answer that question, but this still may be a hint that Ryan may invade the Nurses’ Ball since we know by James’ (Valentin Cassadine) tweet that it’s being filmed now!

GH Spoilers– Jon Avoided Ryan Questions
In the past, Jon has put the hashtag “the twinning” on tweets about his character Ryan Chamberlain, but of course, with asking fans to guess where he was going and as whom, he’s not just going to tell us! As far as where we are in the General Hospital storyline, on April 9, Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) got a call from the Canadian police verifying that forensics showed that the hand of Ryan’s was removed while he was alive; and Jordan feels he could have cut it off as part of faking his death.
Even though the DA, Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson) shut down the formal case, Jordan, as well as Ava Jerome (Maura West), Mayor Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will be ready just in case!

General Hospital Spoilers– Is Ryan Still Alive?
Ryan certainly would have the skill to amputate his own hand and be able to without bleeding to death in the process, and possibly have scored some local anesthetic to be able to do it as well, or if he made a tourniquet tight enough to cut off his circulation it could have cut off his nerves and prevented him from bleeding out. It would have been difficult to make such a tourniquet with one hand on the other, but with time, it is possible.
That kind of injury would take a while to heal even under the best of conditions, and then there would be the possibility of infection. So with the Nurses Ball being around five weeks away, and Ryan being missing for about a month, and the hand just being found, it would have to be a recent removal, or the hand would have deteriorated to the point where fingerprints and DNA would have not been possible.
At this point, he is hiding out somewhere recovering. Five weeks from now he may be healed enough to show up in Port Charles, and given his history of disrupting celebrations with murder and mayhem, the Nurses’ Ball just sounds about right for him to reappear!
As for his portrayer, Jon Lindstrom, fans have to give him a hand for stirring up the mystery of Ryan Chamberlain and whether he will return to Port Charles again! Stay tuned to General Hospital and keep checking GH spoilers for all the latest news, updates, and spoilers about Ryan’s return!
As always, more detailed spoilers and a full collection of pictures for the week in question will appear on Soap Opera Spy, where there will be more clues and hints over exactly what’s going on.
