General Hospital Spoilers-- Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will make amends; at least for the time being! As General Hospital viewers know, Cam never has quite accepted Franco as even his mother’s boyfriend, let alone her husband and his stepfather!

His little brothers adore Franco and have no problem with him at all. Franco was instrumental in getting Jake Webber (Hudson West) to come out of his shell and heal from what he’d experienced during his time in captivity on Cassadine Island.

Aiden Webber (Jason David), too is responding positively to Franco’s efforts to help him. For a man who never wanted children of his own, Franco is actually an excellent dad!

GH Spoilers– Cameron And Franco Have Had Issues

Cameron has basically been the “little man” of the family since Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) left, although Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has had a few boyfriends in between, including Drew Cain (Billy Miller) who lived with them until everybody mistakenly figured out that “Jake Doe” was really Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and having Jason’s memories, he went to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) because it was the right thing to do! Cameron was fine with him, but then Cam was much younger then, and not a teenager!

It’s quite possible that Cam’s antagonism towards Franco lies in Cam being the oldest and feeling like he was the man of the family and now Franco is a rival. Most of Cam and Franco’s arguments are over the little ones, Aiden in particular as of late. However, there is an event in Cameron’s life that he will need to have someone to lean on; and Franco may be the one.

General Hospital Spoilers– Oscar’s Death Brings Franco And Cam Together

With Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Lake Stitt) death, a General Hospital promo shows Cam collapsing in tears in a corner; he will obviously take it very hard. Drew will be going through grief of his own, and Franco may be the one that both Drew and Cameron will lean on.

This death, of a boy his own age who was his friend, may impact Cameron with the realization that tomorrow is promised to no one and family disagreements or rivalries are not nearly as important as the family itself.

Franco may reach out to Cam and with Cam’s important realization that death could come for anyone at any time – which he should have learned with Jake but maybe was too young at the time for it to make an impact – Cam will make amends with Franco, at least for the time being!

Stay tuned to General Hospital and keep checking GH spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates, developments, and new spoilers!  As always, more detailed spoilers and a full collection of pictures for the week in question will appear on Soap Opera Spy, where there will be more clues and hints over exactly what’s going on.
