General Hospital Star Kirsten Storms Talks About Working With Wes Ramsey As Maxie And Peter’s Romance Heats Up
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has found a new love interest on General Hospital, after a heartbreaking loss of her husband, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). She and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) have been growing closer, and Kirsten is loving her character’s new-found romance.
In an interview with Soaps In Depth, Kirsten shared that she loves working with Ramsey. “He’s the sweetest,” she said. “I couldn’t love working with him more.”
GH Star Kirsten Talks Working With Wes
Storms said that Ramsey, who is dating her close friend Laura Wright in real life, is probably the most prepared person on GH. Wes is very professional and takes his works seriously, she added.
“He cares about how his work comes across, and not in an arrogant way. I enjoy having scenes opposite somebody like that.”
“I come in there going 100 miles an hour, and I want to know the other person’s prepared… and ready to stop me,” she said further with a laugh. “So working with Wes has been awesome.”
It’s good to know how Storms and Ramsey are getting along well with each other in the work on the soap. However, General Hospital spoilers tease that things will get rough for their alter egos. Maxie and Peter will experience a rocky road in their relationship.
GH Spoilers– Peter And Maxie Have A Long Road Ahead
When Nathan died, Peter gave Maxie a shoulder to lean on. He even helped her deliver her son with Nathan, named James, on the side of the road when they were not able to come to the hospital on time.
However, Maxie was devastated when she found out that Peter is actually Henrik Faison, Nathan’s brother. Maxie even vowed to take revenge against him for his betrayal. But over time, the tables turned, and the two are trying to give love a shot.

They recently shared a kiss and Maxie has been giving him hints about her true feelings. And Peter seems willing to put all the stops. General Hospital spoilers tease that they spent their official first date in Paris.
Wes teased that this trip will make a lot of difference in Maxie and Peter’s relationship. Fans would “get to see a lot of variety in the colors of their personalities.” He added that they are “a strong, beautiful couple with so much potential.”
