It is teased that Sarah will open up to her mother. This must be about Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). Remember, this is taking place during flashback week so it’s unlikely it has anything to do with Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s (the May twins) cancer because she hasn’t been born yet.
As fans know, Xander and Sarah do have chemistry. Xander has always been smitten with the doctor. However, Sarah tried to fight her feelings for the villain, but a series of events would get them even closer. Perhaps Maggie can read Sarah’s heart and tells her to go for it, no matter what anyone else thinks.
Victor Kiriakis’ Discovery
