General Hospital: (Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) handing over his seat at ELQ will have consequences for him that he may not realize at the moment. Michael is becoming busy trying to introduce his son into the family. He wants to focus on being a father at the moment. This means he will be giving up his seat as CEO for about a month. This could become permanent if he is not careful. Will he notice in time?

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos takes a break

Michael is CEO of ELQ and is not planning on permanently giving that up anytime soon. However, with the surfacing of his son, he has decided that he should take a break away from the company in order to take care of his son. To him, this seems like a temporary thing. However, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has other ideas and plans to make his stay more permanent.

Ned has seen the way that Michael has been running the company and is not pleased with what he has observed. So, when Michael approached him with the request of taking over the company, for the time being, he jumped at the chance. Michael may have seen this as a way to get some extra time with his son and to get into the mindset of being a father slowly. However,

Ned sees this a ticket back into the CEO a seat and to finally unleash his plans of permanently running ELQ. He would then let Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) know that he plans on taking over the CEO seat permanently. Since he thinks that he can handle the missing shares situation a lot better than Michael would be able to.

GH Spoilers – Ned Quartermaine ’s true intentions revealed

Michael may not realize Ned’s true intentions until it is too late since he wants to believe that Ned has his best interest at heart and would not just swoop in and steal the company. This could mean that he will not have a way of getting the company back once Ned takes the seat. However, it would be interesting to see Ned and Michael battle over who will be sitting in the CEO seat in the long run.

What do you think? Will Ned be able to take over the company, or will Michael figure out Ned’s plan and come up with his own? We’ll give you updates as GH news comes in.
