The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that while there’s no doubt that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is a very mysterious woman, there might be more to her that we are about to learn. As a matter of fact, her past will catch up with her, prompting Amanda to answer some serious questions. Here’s what you need to know.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is naturally curious about Amanda and her roots, but that’s something she would rather not talk about. Could it be because she might be hiding some secrets? Maybe.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Explains
Mishael Morgan, who plays Amanda on the hit CBS soap, explains it this way to Soap Opera Digest in its latest issue, “Amanda was lucky because she ended up with a foster family that helped pursue what she wants in her life in terms of higher education and a legal career. However, all of her years in foster care wasn’t always raindrops and roses. She still went through a lot of struggle but she realizes had it pretty good.”
Y&R Spoilers – Nate Hastings Asks Amanda Sinclair About Her Past
With that said, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nate will ask Amanda about her past and if she ever thought about looking for her biological family. Needless to say, Amanda is taken aback by Nate’s question as clearly this is a subject matter that she doesn’t want to talk about. However, she does say that she never bothered looking for them because she would rather focus on her present and her future than worry about the things that never happened in the past.

In other words, someone from her past will show up, prompting Amanda to face the truth about her family and her past. And yes, this will cause a major disruption in her life, too.
