General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Same McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) could be in serious danger the more information they dig up. This is because it’s possible that Sam’s parole officer, Dolores Maloney (Andi Chapman), might actually be one of Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) agents in the outside world.
While the drug kingpin remains locked up in solitary confinement right now, he’s been able to get messages in and out of Pentonville. How he’s managed this has remained a mystery. However, one theory is that he’s corrupted someone on the inside of the PCPD.
Some GH fans think this may be because Spinelli recently discovered that Maloney’s been using a burner phone over and over again on a daily basis. (He found this information after hacking Maloney’s computer.)
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Getting Information Somehow
Someone has obviously been feeding Cyrus precise reports on numerous individuals. That information has included details on the whereabouts of Cyrus’s enemies and particulars of their daily routines. It’s also resulted in multiple assassination attempts on those people. If Dolores has been the person responsible for all this wickedness, crossing her could be incredibly dangerous.
At the same time, Sam promised Molly Lansing (Haley Pullos) that she would find TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellows). Should Maloney discover that her computer was hacked, and then trace that successful hacking attempt back to Spinelli, he and Sam could be in a heap of trouble. Not only are Spinelli’s actions illegal, but if Maloney were to discover Spinelli’s association with Sam, both could find themselves behind bars.
One might think that would be the end of the story.

GH Spoilers – Why Does Cyrus Renault Need To Be Involved
Why would Cyrus even need to involve himself in such a situation? He wouldn’t if no one told him about the danger Sam and Spinelli pose to his plans for TJ. But, what if Dolores blabs everything she may have discovered?
In that case, the criminal mastermind might be satisfied with simply ensuring that Spinelli and Sam are sent to Pentonville. He may even like the idea of keeping his enemies close. He might view that as an easy end to any threats they pose to his agenda. On the other hand, Cyrus has proven that he often prefers a more permanent approach. Think of all the people who have opposed Cyrus and who have ended up in a cemetery pushing up daisies!
GH viewers can most likely expect that if Cyrus discovers Sam and Spinelli are close to finding out the whereabouts of TJ, their lives will immediately be in danger. Even having Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as an ally may not be enough to save them!
