Julian has been getting into trouble recently, and it seems that something else may begin to cause trouble for Julian soon. As Julian will get a visit by someone, which will make him nervous. Julian has found himself in trouble after being brought into the baby switching incident but has managed to find a way out of it for now. However, he is not completely out of the woods, as he is still suspected of having had something to do with the incident. It could be that Julian will have a visit from someone who knows about the switch, or could it have to do with something else. As viewers know, Julian has spent some time in the mob. It could be that he could receive a visit from someone from his past, especially seeing that this will be an unwanted guest. Could someone from Julian’s past be coming back for revenge or in order to get something that they want?

It is possible that Julian’s mobster past could come back to haunt him, as it would not be the first time that someone’s past has come back to haunt them. It would be interesting to see what drama will be coming for Julian as he receives a visit from a mysterious guest. It could be someone that viewers have seen before or someone that viewers have never seen before. It would be interesting to see who this person could be and what they might want from Julian?
