General Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) won’t handle her grief over breaking up with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) well, and she will start drinking in future episodes of GH!

Sasha Gilmore And Harrison Chase Pretended To Be Having An Affair

As General Hospital viewers will recall, Sasha and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) had pretended to be having an affair, and let Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) walk in on them making out on the couch in Chase and Willow’s apartment. The two of them were desperate to push Willow and Michael into a marriage to each other in order to give Michael a fighting chance in family court to win sole custody of the son he has with Nelle Benson, (Chloe Lanier) Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson). Willow was horrified, betrayed, and devastated, not only by Chase, her boyfriend, but Sasha, her girlfriend!

The two young women had become quite close, as Michael and Chase had too, and now Sasha will blame herself for talking Chase into going along with her stupid idea – she is feeling guilty for ruining three other lives, as well as her own! Whether Michael and Willow will marry for Wiley’s sake will remain to be seen, although at this point it does look like they will go through with it. Sasha has usually not been a big drinker, and actually has not ever even been close to being drunk, but she starts to realize when she drinks more than usual and gets a little tipsy, she doesn’t feel her guilt and emotional pain quite as strongly. However, that doesn’t make inner turmoil and pain go away – it only distracts one from it. Chase is also angry and devastated, and Michael never wants to see Sasha again – it seems that the breakups are something the two former couples can never come back from, at least not anytime in the near future.

Sasha Gilmore Drinks And Thinks They Could Have Done Things Differently

Neither Michael nor Chase cares for deception, but as Sasha is drinking – probably somewhere else than the Metro Court where people know her – maybe Charlie’s Pub, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) knows her but won’t say anything – she thinks! She doesn’t realize Julian has been down that road with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and his sister as well, trying to save them from themselves when they have slid down the slippery road of alcoholism. Sasha thinks that neither Michael nor Chase would have gone for this idea because it would involve deception, but it would have been deception for a good cause, at least.

That is what Michael and Chase did when they caught Nelle on tape in Michael’s car the night Wiley was born. Nelle didn’t know about being taped or that they were on to her, but in that case it was deception because they didn’t tell her what was going on but it was different from deception as a lifestyle, like Nelle practices – she and Chase were actually practicing deception for a good cause, so she struggles with wishing she could go back and they could do things differently – like Michael and Willow marry in name only, and no one would have had to break up with anyone and they could have gone back to normal after Michael got full custody – if Willow could stand to be away from Wiley, that is! Unfortunately, she can’t go back in time and suggest they do that.
