Sarah Ferguson Keeps Up The Cheery Posts As Controversy Engulfs Her and Prince Andrew
Sarah Ferguson and her ex-husband Prince Andrew have had quite a lot of negative press lately, yet in spite of that, or perhaps because of it, she has been indefatigable in her stream of positive social media posts.
Her latest Insta post was captioned, “I am so proud of our united loving family,” and includes her and Andrew, as well as their daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. The occasion was Friday’s celebration of International Family Day.
Is Sarah isolating with Andrew her ex-husband?
To some royal watchers, the post confirms that Sarah is self-isolating with her ex-husband during the coronavirus lockdown.
The pic is a sweet one, with Fergie next to her ex and arms wrapped around their two daughters.
Up to this point it was believed that Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank were staying with her parents at Royal Lodge Windsor, with Beatrice keeping a low profile. Beatrice’s postponed wedding is one of the major royal events that has been canceled or postponed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Sarah also shared a picture of her reading the book, In Wibbly’s Garden. Each week Sarah posts a YouTube video, Storytime with Fergie and Friends, in an effort to encourage young readers.
And in yet another snap, Sarah is seen wearing a lovely flower crown and holding up a copy of the book, Mog the Forgetful Cat.
Unfortunately, the slew of happy snaps has done nothing to tamp down the controversy surrounding her and Andrew.
Prince Andrew has yet another ugly and unwelcome controversy to contend with
One of the unsavory accusations being hurled against Andrew is an allegation that he paid £355,297 to his private secretary, an act labeled an, “unauthorized trustee benefit.”
It involves Amanda Thirsk, Andrew’s private secretary who resigned after his BBC Newsnight interview last year regarding his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. She was given the money for her work as a trustee of the Prince Andrew Charitable Trust.
There has been no suggestion of wrongdoing on her part, reported the Financial Times. But charity trustees cannot be paid solely for being a trustee, according to Government guidance.

Thus the payments were, “considered to be an unauthorized trustee benefit,” and had to be paid back by Andrew’s household.
This latest mistake follows in the wake of the scandal surrounding Andrew’s friendship with convicted pedophile Epstein, as well as allegations that Sarah and Andrew have failed to make payments on a chateau registered to them.

Andrew needs to come clean about his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. No amount of cheery posts will make people forget about that.
